The service is available through the website <a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"http:\/\/www.anagrafenazionale.gov.it\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"427\" data-end=\"495\">www.anagrafenazionale.gov.it<\/a>, which can be accessed using SPID credentials, an Electronic Identity Card (CIE), or a National Services Card (CNS).<br \/>\nBy accessing their personal account, users can also view the data registered with their municipality and, where necessary, request corrections.<br \/>\nA user manual is available <a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/sc.anpr.interno.it\/serviziCittadino\/dist\/docs\/guida_richiesta_certificato.pdf\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"770\" data-end=\"867\"><strong data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"779\">HERE<\/strong><\/a><strong data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"779\">, providing<\/strong>\u00a0instructions on how to access and use the various services.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"118\" data-end=\"612\">This Consulate General can issue ONLY the following <strong>certificates<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\" data-start=\"1051\" data-end=\"1081\"><strong data-start=\"1051\" data-end=\"1081\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Civil Status Certificates<\/span>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Certificate of marital status (Art. 2b)<\/li>\n<li>Certificate of no impediment to marry (Art. 2b)<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive certificate (Art. 8)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\" data-start=\"1198\" data-end=\"1534\"><strong data-start=\"1198\" data-end=\"1206\">NOTE:<\/strong> If the applicant declares that they are &#8220;unmarried&#8221; and have been resident in the United Kingdom for <strong data-start=\"1303\" data-end=\"1326\">more than 18 months<\/strong>, they must submit, a <em data-start=\"1436\" data-end=\"1473\">Declaration of No Existing Marriage<\/em> issued by the relevant British civil registration authority, together with their application for a Certificate of marital status or Comprehensive certificate.<br \/>\n\u2013 If resident in Scotland: a letter entitled \u201cTO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN\u201d issued by the National Records of Scotland.<br data-start=\"1657\" data-end=\"1660\" \/>\u2013 If resident in Northern Ireland: a declaration issued following a \u201cMarriage Check\u201d by the Marriage Section \u2013 General Register Office.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\" data-start=\"1805\" data-end=\"1830\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong data-start=\"1805\" data-end=\"1830\">Residence Certificates<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proof of being one and the same person in the case of name\/surname change (for Italian citizens only) (Art. 8)<\/li>\n<li>Certificate Of Consular Registration (Art. 8)<\/li>\n<li>Certificates concerning laws and customs in force in Italy or in the country of residence (Art. 65)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2078\" data-end=\"2268\">Any other certificate must be applied for at the Italian municipality with which the applicant is registered in A.I.R.E.
