in <strong>original<\/strong> format,\u00a0<strong>certified<\/strong>\u00a0by the District Judge with the wording \u201cI certify that this is a true copy of the original document filed with this Court\u201d, dated and signed (by Judge);<\/li>\n<li>ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF SERVICE (only if the judgment was given in default of appearance of the respondent) &#8211;
