With the Presidential Decree of 27<\/FONT>th<\/FONT><\/SUP>\u00a0 <\/FONT><\/SPAN>September 2016, published in the <\/FONT>Gazzetta Ufficiale<\/FONT><\/I> (Official Journal) no. 227 of 28<\/FONT>th<\/FONT><\/SUP>\u00a0 <\/FONT><\/SPAN>September 2016 a CONFIRMATORY REFERENDUM was called for Sunday 4<\/FONT>th<\/FONT><\/SUP> December 2016 concerning the following question: <\/FONT><\/SPAN>Approvate il testo della legge costituzionale concernente \u201cdisposizioni per il superamento del bicameralismo paritario, la riduzione del numero dei parlamentari, il contenimento dei costi di funzionamento delle istituzioni, la soppressione del CNEL e la revisione del titolo V della parte II della Costituzione\u201d approvato dal Parlamento e pubblicato nella Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 88 del 15 aprile 2016?<\/SPAN><\/EM><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/P>

Voters residing abroad and registered in the AIRE<\/o:p><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/B><\/P>
\n

Voters residing abroad and registered in the <\/FONT>AIRE <\/FONT><\/B>(<\/FONT><\/SPAN>A<\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/B>nagrafe degli <\/FONT>I<\/FONT><\/B>taliani <\/FONT>R<\/FONT><\/B>esidenti all\u2019<\/FONT>E<\/FONT><\/B>stero \u2013 Register of Italians Residing Abroad) <\/FONT>will receive the electoral pack at their residence address (starting from 16\/11\/2016).<\/FONT><\/B> Should they not receive it<\/FONT>, they can request a duplicate at the relevant Consular Office (not before 20\/11\/2016).<\/FONT><\/B> Please note that it is the duty of Italian nationals to keep their residence address up to date with the relevant CONSULAR OFFICE.<\/o:p><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/P>

Voters only temporarily residing abroad.<\/o:p><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/B><\/P>
\n

Italian voters who for <\/FONT>work, study or medical reasons<\/FONT><\/B> are temporarily abroad for a period of at least three months within which the Referendum takes place, and Italian voters who are currently serving abroad (Law no. 459, paragraph 1 article 4 bis of 27<\/FONT>th<\/FONT><\/SUP> December 2001), as well as any family members that live with them, are entitled to the postal vote<\/FONT>\u00a0 <\/FONT><\/SPAN>organised by the Italian Consular Offices and they will receive the ballot papers at their address abroad, provided they have submitted the voting option declaration at the town hall of electoral registration no later than 2<\/FONT>nd<\/FONT><\/SUP> November 2016 (<\/FONT><\/SPAN>in accordance with articles 46 and 47 of Presidential Decree no. 445 of 28<\/FONT>th<\/FONT><\/SUP> December 2000). <\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/o:p><\/SPAN><\/P>
