A new online appointment booking system has been activated and, from today, you can book an appointment at the Consulate from 3rd April onwards.
From 3rd April this Consulate General will receive the public strictly by appointment only except in those circumstances which are detailed on our website.
In addition, to simply our procedures, it is no longer necessary to come to the Consulate in person to obtain certain consular services, for example:
- AIRE registration or change of address (only by post or email)
- Registration of birth, death & marriage certificates (by post)
- ID card applications should be submitted by post – you will need to make an appointment to collect the ID card in person once it has been issued
- passport applications for children under 12 whose parents are both EU citizens can be submitted by post
- you can apply for the issue of most consular certificates by post
