Consulate General services during the festive season

PHONE INQUIRIES

We inform the public that between Wednesday 17^th December and Wednesday 31^st December, phone inquiries will be answered only on the days listed below, during the usual hours (10:00 am – 12:00 noon):

• Tuesday 23^rd December
• Tuesday 30^th December

The service will resume regularly, with the usual hours, starting from Friday 2^nd January.
Please note that all information regarding consular services is available on this website, which we encourage you to consult. For specific inquiries not already answered on our web pages, we recommend sending an email to the relevant office (see HERE for contact details).

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS WALK-IN

We also inform that the travel documents walk-in service (for documents collection only) will not be available from Tuesday 30^th December. The service will resume regularly, with the usual hours (Tuesday and Thursday, 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM), starting from Tuesday 6^th January.
