We wish to inform you that from February 5th 2024, the Consulate General of Italy’s telephone contact centre will ONLY be available during the morning, Monday to Friday, from 10.00am to 12.00pm.
The Emergency phone line will be availble as usual. Please note that this service is EXCLUSIVELY ADDRESSED TO ITALIAN CITIZENS AND ONLY FOR REAL AND PROVEN EMERGENCIES, such as accidents, life-threatening situations and the like. Calls for ordinary consular procedures WILL NOT be taken into consideration.
