Following the publication in the Official Gazette on 29/03/2025 of Legislative Decree No. 36 of 28th March 2025, all appointments – including those already confirmed – for the submission of documentation aimed at the recognition of citizenship by descent (jus sanguinis), as well as the scheduling of new appointments, are suspended as of today.
