Il Consolato Generale di Edimburgo assieme al Comites Scozia e Irlanda del Nord rilanciano lo sportello di assistenza per la registrazione del Settled e Pre-Settled Status, in collaborazione con il Patronato INCA CGIL UK.
Il 6 maggio a Edimburgo e il 7 maggio a Glasgow gli operatori dell’INCA CGIL UK registreranno i cittadini italiani residenti in Scozia. Lo sportello tornerà poi a giugno.
Tutti i cittadini EU residenti nel Regno Unito prima del 31 dicembre 2020 devono registrare il proprio status. Il Patronato INCA CGIL UK è l’unico accreditato dall’Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner per fornire questo tipo di assistenza. Dal 2019 lo Sportello Settled Status ha già aiutato centinaia di cittadini italiani residenti in Scozia ad ottenere la registrazione della propria residenza nel Regno Unito, necessaria per continuare a risieder e legalmente nel Paese a seguito della Brexit. La domanda deve essere effettuata tassativamente entro il 30 giugno 2021.

6. Documenti che provino permanent residence o indefinite leave to remain se si possiede.
7. Biometric Residence Permit se non si è cittadini EU.
8. Certificato di matrimonio se il/la coniuge non è cittadino/a non EU.
Per i minorenni:
1. Passaporto.
2. National Insurance Number se possibile.
3. Biometric Residence Permit se non i figli non sono cittadini EU.
4. Certificato di nascita completo con i nomi dei genitori.

The Consulate General of Italy and Comites for Scotland and Northern Ireland relaunch the help-desk for the registration of Settled and Pre-Settled Status in partnership with the Patronato INCA CGIL UK.
On May 6th in Edinburgh and on May 7th in Glasgow, INCA CGIL UK’s representatives will register Italian citizens resident in Scotland. The help-desk will then be back in June.
All EU citizens residing in the UK before 31st December 2020 have to register their status by 30th June 2021. The Patronato INCA CGIL UK is the only one accredited by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner to provide this type of assistance. Since 2019, the Settled Status help-desk has already helped hundreds of Italian citizens living in Scotland with the registration of their residence in the UK, necessary to continue to legally reside in the country following Brexit.

Because of the current COVID-19 pandemic, only one person at a time will be admitted and the use of a face mask is compulsory.

6. Documents that prove permanent residence or indefinite leave to remain if you hold it.
7. Biometric Residence Permit for non-EU citizens.
8. Marriage certificate if applying for non-EU spouses.
Under 18 years old:

3. Biometric Residence Permit if applying for non-EU children.
4. Complete birth certificate with the names of the parents.
