PHONE INQUIRIES

We inform the public that between Monday 16th December and Friday 3rd January, phone inquiries will be answered only on the days listed below, during the usual hours (10:00 am – 12:00 noon):

  • Monday 16th December
  • Wednesday 18th December
  • Thursday 19th December
  • Monday 23rd December
  • Friday 27th December
  • Monday 30th December
  • Friday 3rd January

The service will resume regularly, with the usual hours, starting from Monday 6th January.
Please note that all information regarding consular services is available on this website, which we encourage you to consult. For specific inquiries not already answered on our web pages, we recommend sending an email to the relevant office (see HERE for contact details).

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS WALK-IN

We also inform that the travel documents walk-in service (for documents collection, verification of non-EU parents’ signatures, authentication of children’s photos, travel authorisation for children under the age of 14, etc.) will not be available from Tuesday 24th December to Thursday 2nd January. The service will resume regularly, with the usual hours (Tuesday and Thursday, 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM), starting from Tuesday 7th January.
